Salary Package: Up to $5000 + AWS + Bonus

Working days and working hours: Weekdays and 8am to 5.30pm

Work Location: Changi (Shuttle service provided- Tanah Merah Mrt)

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor real-time system events and alerts, ensuring timely detection and escalation of issues.

2. Coordinate response activities, including activating support teams and tracking incident resolution.

3. Act as first responder for system defects and perform initial troubleshooting.

4. Support communication and coordination via calls and group channels for incident management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Higher Nitec in Infocomm Technology or related field.

• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays (based on roster).

• Prior experience in a Network Operations Centre (NOC) is an advantage.
