Job Description

• Position Title: Team Supervisor (Site Operations)
• Working Location: Kallang
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30 am – 6.30 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary $4,000 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate daily tracking of worker attendance, including clock-in and clock-out times.
• Provide strong leadership and guidance to the team of workers, ensuring smooth and efficient operations on the customer site.
• Assign tasks and duties based on individual team members' strengths and project requirements to optimize productivity.
• Communicate job roles, expectations, and deadlines clearly to all team members, ensuring they understand their responsibilities.
• Motivate and encourage the team to meet and exceed productivity targets while maintaining high morale within the group.
• Oversee and monitor the quality of work performed by team members to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards.
• Act as the primary contact for resolving any conflicts or issues among team members or with customers, ensuring a positive work environment.
• Address disputes quickly and fairly, promoting harmony within the team. Escalate major concerns to upper management when necessary, while proposing practical solutions.
• Ensure the availability of necessary tools, equipment, and resources for the team to perform their duties efficiently.
• Execute any new assignments as directed by the superior, adjusting to the needs of the project or operations.

• NITEC or Diploma qualification in an engineering-related field
• Proven experience in a supervisory or engineering role, preferably in a similar setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly convey expectations and resolve conflicts.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
• Ability to work independently and escalate issues to upper management when necessary.
