We're looking for a consultant who wants full ownership of a tech recruitment desk — your clients, your candidates, your revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the permanent recruitment space through cold calling, networking or referrals.
• Manage 360 degrees end-to-end recruitment from job posting, sourcing, screening, selection of candidates, offer management and negotiation.
• Maintain a talent pool with a pipeline of qualified candidates and continuously engage with passive candidates to keep them interested in future roles
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of client requirements and tailor tender responses accordingly.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build a robust professional network.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business and other related business discipline(s).
• Min 5 yr & above proven experience in business development, client management strategies within the recruitment agency industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
