Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive growth in automation solutions by expanding customer accounts, nurturing relationships, and delivering effective sales strategies within targeted markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and grow existing customer accounts to achieve sales targets within assigned segments and channels
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests
• Build and strengthen relationships with system integrators, consultants, and end-users to enhance market presence
• Promote and sell a comprehensive range of industrial automation products and solutions to meet customer needs
• Conduct regular customer visits and calls to maintain excellent account management and foster strong customer relationships
• Analyze customer requirements to design effective sales strategies and identify suitable automation solutions
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients to drive sales conversion
• Prepare and present customized solution proposals and quotations aligned with customer specifications
• Support and participate in marketing activities including seminars, exhibitions, and training events to increase brand awareness

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Engineering, Industrial, Mechatronics, or Mechanical disciplines
• 1–2 years of relevant working experience or entry-level candidates with strong interest in industrial automation
• Familiarity or prior experience with industrial or factory automation systems
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-oriented mindset
• Willingness to undergo product and solution training
