Technical Sales Manager (Electrical)

Job Summary

Drive sales and provide technical expertise for airfield lighting, obstruction lights, and aviation-safety electrical systems. Deliver tailored solutions, prepare proposals, coordinate installations, and build customer relationships to support regional business growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of airfield lighting, obstruction lights, and aviation-safety electrical systems to meet business targets
• Provide technical advice, conduct product demonstrations, and recommend solutions to clients for informed decision-making
• Prepare accurate quotations, tenders, and technical proposals for airport and contractor projects to secure contracts
• Coordinate installation, commissioning, and after-sales support with engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support regional business development and client retention

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales or electrical/aviation systems
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, lighting technologies, and technical drawings
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently, proactively, and willingness to travel for project and client support
