Technical Shift Lead (6 days/2 shifts/Laundry Plant/Up to $4k/North)

• Supervise the assigned shift and provide technical support to ensure smooth laundry operations.
• Serve as the primary contact for all equipment- and maintenance-related issues during the shift.
• Lead troubleshooting activities, corrective maintenance, and process improvement initiatives.
• Keep accurate records of shift handover and takeover activities in the technical logbook.
• Take part in bi-monthly reviews of continuous improvement projects and contribute recommendations.
• Apply the OLIVER troubleshooting methodology (Observe, List, Isolate, Verify, Execute, Rectify) when diagnosing and resolving equipment faults.
• Ensure adequate technical manpower is assigned to support daily operational requirements.
• Coordinate the technical team's daily activities, including preventive maintenance planning and execution.
• Organize and perform unscheduled repairs, equipment servicing, and component replacements as required.
• Maintain engineering records and documentation in compliance with E-MARS standards.
• Coordinate with Kannegiesser SEA for advanced technical support by submitting preliminary findings via email when necessary.
• Prepare and submit weekly engineering performance and maintenance reports for management review.
• Develop and enhance the technical knowledge and competencies of maintenance personnel through guidance and coaching.
• Promote a safe working environment and safeguard the health and wellbeing of all team members.
• Participate in daily operational morning briefings to align maintenance activities with production requirements.
• Ensure attendance and active participation in the daily engineering toolbox meeting.
• Monitor and maintain sufficient inventories of tools, consumables, and spare parts to support uninterrupted operations.
• Address operational feedback promptly and implement appropriate corrective or preventive actions where required.

Requirements:

•  Minimum NITEC in Electrical Engineering /Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• General mechanical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Able to work shift hours (7am - 3.20pm/2pm - 10.20pm)
