Technical Support Engineer (Security System)

About the role

ZKTeco Singapore is seeking a highly motivated and technically driven Technical Support Engineer to join the Singapore team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing after-sales technical support for ZKTeco’s security, biometric, and access control solutions across various projects and customer environments.

You will work closely with customers, system integrators, partners, and internal sales teams to ensure smooth deployment, troubleshooting, training, and maintenance of our solutions. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a customer-oriented mindset to deliver high-quality support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide after-sales technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and partners in Singapore.

• Deliver professional technical training to clients and partners.

• Support system implementation and troubleshooting for ZKTeco's solutions.

• Work closely with the sales team to support business development activities, customer visits, exhibitions, and seminars.

• Monitor and follow up on reported technical issues to ensure timely resolution.

• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and training materials.

• Attend customer meetings and on-site visits when required.

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related fields.

• Knowledge of computer networking, TCP/IP, and database systems.

• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Customer-oriented mindset with good service awareness.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Experience in on-site technical support, system integration, or electronic security systems with a focus on access control, CCTV or smart security solutions will be an added advantage.

*Remuneration will commensurate with experience.
