As a Technical Trainer (Marine Industry), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Design, develop, and implement company-wide training programs, including
onboarding, periodic technician certification, safety retraining, and technical upskilling.
Develop course content, materials, and assessment criteria; coordinate with internal/external trainers to ensure effective delivery
Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously optimize programs based on feedback.
Build and maintain dashboards using MES, WMS, and other data sources to monitor core
Key metrics: average repair cycle time, first-time fix rate, on-time completion rate, spare parts inventory turnover, technician productivity.
Lead or support lean/Six Sigma-style initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
At least Diploma or Bachelor’s in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, HRM, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
