Technician

We are seeking Technician to Engineering Assistant's to support engineering qualification, reliability testing, and failure analysis activities in MNC environment. This role is ideal for fresh diploma graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute package qualification, reliability assessment, and engineering evaluation activities.
• Coordinate logistics and support operational activities within the engineering team.
• Perform electrical testing, Confocal Scanning Acoustic Microscopy (CSAM), and visual inspections.
• Conduct failure verification and assist in root cause investigations.
• Support engineers in data collection, analysis, reporting, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply !
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 0–2 years of relevant industry experience preferred.
• Open to work independently and comfortable with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
