Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire machine vision lighting products according to engineering drawings and specifications.

• Perform soldering, cable assembly, and integration of LED lighting modules and controllers.

• Support the design, development, and testing of electronic circuits for machine vision lighting systems.

• Conduct functional testing, troubleshooting, and quality inspections of lighting products.

• Assist engineers in prototype development, validation, and product optimization.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, wiring, and circuit-related issues.

• Maintain assembly records, test reports, and technical documentation.

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve product reliability and manufacturing efficiency.

• Support customer demonstrations, product evaluations, and field installations when required.

Requirements

• Diploma, Technical Certificate, or equivalent qualification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics assembly, lighting systems, or machine vision equipment.

• Experience in LED lighting assembly and testing.

• Knowledge of analog and digital circuit design fundamentals.

• Ability to read electrical schematics and PCB drawings.

• Proficiency in soldering, wiring, and use of electronic test equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.

• Experience with PCB assembly, troubleshooting, and circuit debugging.

• Familiarity with machine vision systems, industrial automation, or optical inspection equipment is an advantage.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
