Technician Manager

Wosen Tyre Trading Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Technician Manager to lead and manage our workshop technician team, ensuring that repair and maintenance work is completed efficiently and to a high standard, while meeting safety and customer service requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate the daily work of the technician team
• Plan work schedules and assign tasks to ensure timely completion
• Monitor the quality of repair and maintenance work to ensure compliance with safety and industry standards
• Train and mentor technicians to improve team skills and performance
• Manage the workshop's tools, equipment, and parts inventory
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints, and maintain good customer relationships
• Ensure the workshop complies with safety procedures and relevant regulations
• Report regularly to management on operations and performance

Job Requirements

• Relevant experience in automotive servicing, with at least 3 years of management/supervisory experience
• Familiar with tyres, wheel alignment, vehicle maintenance, and related technical work
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Able to operate and understand workshop equipment and diagnostic tools
• Safety-conscious, with attention to detail and efficiency
• Possession of a Class 3 driving licence is an advantage
• A relevant technical diploma or certificate is an advantage
