Transmission / IP Network Engineer

Main Responsibilities

· Responsible for operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of transmission and IP network equipment.

· Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers.

· Monitor network performance and handle alarms, faults, and service issues in a timely manner.

· Perform routine maintenance, health checks, and preventive maintenance activities.

· Escalate and coordinate major incidents to ensure service restoration within SLA requirements.

· Prepare maintenance reports and technical documentation.

· Support network upgrades and configuration changes when required.

Main Requirements

· Diploma or above in Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.

· Experience in transmission, bearer network, or IP network maintenance and support.

· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

· Good communication and documentation skills.

· Willing to provide on-site support when required.
