Up $3600 BONUS Train Assistant Engineer Projects / Maintenance / Facilities

We are hiring Assistant Engineers to support engineering operations across projects, maintenance, and infrastructure systems. Candidates will be deployed based on suitability and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support engineering projects including installation, testing & commissioning (T&C), and system upgrades

• Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and communication systems

• Supervise contractors and ensure works are carried out in compliance with safety and quality standards

• Conduct site inspections, surveys, and fault troubleshooting

• Support decommissioning, handover, and system migration activities

• Perform basic engineering analysis, reporting, and documentation

• Assist in maintaining technical records, drawings, and checklists

• Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth operations

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, permit-to-work systems, and regulatory requirements

• Provide support for improvement, upgrading, and digitalisation projects

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering disciplines

• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical equipment.

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, communication systems, or infrastructure works

• Prior experiences in operation & maintenance of M&E/C&S.

• Able to perform shift works and working on weekends / public holidays

Package:

• Basic Salary: $2,400 – $3,600

• Monthly Allowance: $250

• AWS Eligible

• Performance Bonus and Merit Increment (subject to individual and company performance)
