UPS Support and Power Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for a UPS Support and Power Maintenance Engineer for our customer premises to deliver preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as support coverage, to ensure the reliability and availability of our UPS and related power infrastructure.

Scope of Services

The scope includes, but is not limited to, the following:

1. UPS Preventive Maintenance

• Scheduled inspection and health checks
• Battery condition assessment
• Functional testing and reporting
• Recommendations for corrective actions

2. UPS Corrective Maintenance & Support

• UPS Monitoring (DCIM)
• Fault diagnosis and rectification
• Replacement of defective components (where applicable)
• Breakdown support and escalation handling

3. Support Coverage & SLA

• Support hours and response time options
• Onsite support arrangements
• Escalation and reporting processes

4. Power Infrastructure Maintenance

• Inspection of associated power equipment (e.g., distribution boards, cabling related to UPS)
• Electrical safety and compliance checks

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintenance reports
• Incident and service records
• Recommendations for lifecycle management
