Urgent: Engineering Manager (CMP Process)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and continuously improve manufacturing processes, ensuring optimal performance, quality, and productivity
• Identify and resolve process bottlenecks and inefficiencies through data analysis and process optimisation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and new technologies
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, process documentation, and training materials
• Monitor and report on key process metrics, using data to drive decision-making
• Lead and mentor a team of process technicians and engineers
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and safety standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Process/Manufacturing Technology, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in a process engineering or process management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Proven track record of leading successful process improvement initiatives and implementing lean manufacturing principles
• Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and automation systems
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient in data analysis, process mapping, and root cause analysis techniques
