Urgent hiring: Market Development & Specification Manager

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, developers, contractors, and relevant authorities to secure product specifications and approvals during project planning and design stages.

• Monitor project pipelines and follow up to convert specifications into awarded projects.

• Support branding and business development initiatives through seminars, exhibitions, advertising, and other marketing activities.

• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and develop market expansion strategies.

• Collaborate with the R&D team by providing market insights, customer feedback, and industry trends to support product development and pricing strategies.

• Analyze competitors' products, market share, strengths, and weaknesses to formulate effective competitive strategies.

• Prepare regular reports on project progress, market activities, and business opportunities.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Structural, Civil, Building, Construction, Architecture, or a related Engineering discipline.

• Experience in specification sales or product specification within the construction industry.

• Good knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and design compliance across Southeast Asia.

• Strong network with architects, consultants, developers, and industry stakeholders.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.

• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as within a team.

• Willing to travel for business purposes.
