Urgent: Mechanical Engineer, Assembly & Testing (MNC)

Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly and fine adjustment of mechanical components using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and other relevant equipment, in accordance with technical drawings and work instructions.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair non-conforming products and returned motion systems, including replacement of components and implementation of corrective actions.

• Carry out inspection, quality control, and testing activities in line with company standards, procedures, and quality requirements.

• Set up and operate test benches, conduct dynamic and functional testing, and accurately document test results.

• Provide hands-on service support and practical training to customers, suppliers, and subsidiaries on motion systems.

• Maintain accurate data entry in ERP systems to support product traceability, repair records, and documentation.

• Support the preparation and maintenance of technical documentation, including Bills of Materials and work instructions, to facilitate supplier collaboration.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electro-mechanics, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in mechanical assembly and testing of motion systems.

• Practical experience with mechanical components such as linear or rotary guides, bearings, and encoders will be advantageous.

• Hands-on experience in functional testing of motion systems, including test bench setup, dynamic performance assessment, and troubleshooting of technical issues.

• Able to work independently and autonomously at customer or supplier sites.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
