Urgent: Project Coordinator / Executive (MNC/Access Solutions)

Job Description

• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, and subcontractors during site meetings to resolve technical and contractual matters.
• Monitor and supervise daily on-site operations, ensuring efficient deployment of workers and subcontractors.
• Oversee project execution by managing, supervising, and organizing all phases of construction activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular progress updates to management and promptly raise any on-site issues or delays.

Job Requirements

• At least possess a Diploma or Nitec qualification in Civil Engineering, Building, or a related discipline.
• Strategically plan and arrange site logistics, tools, and resources to support timely project completion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
