URGENT: Senior Industrial Engineer (Operational Excellence)

We're looking for a Senior Industrial Engineer (OPEX) who is passionate about improving processes, solving complex problems, and driving meaningful change in a manufacturing environment.

In this role, you'll lead improvement projects that enhance productivity, quality, cost, and operational performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll use Lean Six Sigma principles and data-driven insights to deliver sustainable business results while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

• Lead Operational Excellence and continuous improvement projects across manufacturing and business operations.
• Analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Use Lean Six Sigma tools and structured problem-solving methods to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Warehouse, Finance, and Digital teams to deliver business improvements.
• Coach and support teams in continuous improvement practices.
• Monitor project performance, measure results, and ensure improvements are sustained.
• Support process digitization, automation, and data-driven decision-making initiatives.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another relevant technical discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional improvement projects.
• Experience in manufacturing digitalization or automation initiatives.
• Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence, coach, and work effectively with teams across different functions.
