Vice President (AI Infrastructure)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's AI infrastructure strategy aligned with corporate business objectives.
• Lead global R&D, engineering, product management, and program execution for AI infrastructure platforms.
• Drive the development of advanced AI computing technologies, including server platforms, AI hardware infrastructure, power architecture, thermal management, and next-generation data center solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management, from technology roadmap and product planning to commercialization and mass production.
• Manage business operations, portfolio planning, and resource allocation to achieve business growth and operational excellence.
• Build and strengthen strategic relationships with hyperscalers, enterprise customers, technology partners, and ecosystem suppliers.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration among engineering, product management, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, sales, and customer support teams.
• Drive innovation, organizational capability development, talent succession, and engineering excellence across global teams.
• Monitor emerging AI infrastructure trends and identify new business opportunities to strengthen the company's competitive position.
• Ensure delivery of business objectives, technology milestones, quality standards, and financial targets.

Job Requirements

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 25 years of relevant experience in AI infrastructure, enterprise computing, server, data center, or related technology industries.
• At least 10 years of executive leadership experience managing global engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience leading R&D, product development, and commercialization of complex technology solutions.
• Strong knowledge of AI servers, GPU platforms, HPC, cloud infrastructure, embedded systems, power architecture, and hardware/software integration.
• Demonstrated experience in product portfolio management, technology roadmap planning, P&L management, and business growth.
• Experience working with global customers, ODM/OEM partners, cloud service providers, and technology ecosystem partners.
• Strong strategic leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
