Warehouse Logistic Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations.
• Oversee inbound, outbound, inventory control, and material movements.
• Lead and develop warehouse supervisors, team leaders, and operators.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and ISO standards.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage manpower planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Support manufacturing operations to meet production schedules.
• Lead internal and external audits and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 7–10 years of warehouse/logistics experience with management responsibilities.
• Experience in manufacturing or high-value warehousing environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
