We are looking for a #Workplace & #Technical Services Engineer/ Leader who combines strong stakeholder management, operational excellence, and technical facilities expertise. This is a highly visible client-facing role where you will serve as the bridge between customers, senior stakeholders, and internal operations teams to ensure seamless workplace and technical service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the #primary point of contact (#PIC) for clients, senior stakeholders, and internal teams.

Lead workplace and facilities operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-performing work environment.

Deliver exceptional customer experience by managing requests, issues, escalations, and service improvements.

Oversee technical building infrastructure including #HVAC, #electrical systems, #BMS, and M&E services.

Requirements

Diploma/ Degree in #Facilities Management, #Engineering, #Business Administration, or related discipline.

3 years or above of experience in facilities management, #workplace operations, technical services, data centre operations, or related environments.
