Job Description - 8165 - Facilities Management Technician [Electrical / Rotate Shifts]

5 Days [Rotating shifts including night shift]
$2500 - $3500 + AWS + VB
CBD [Site] // Office: Jurong

Roles and Responsibilities:

Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to customers' enquiries, needs and complaints
Perform preventive and breakdown technical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical services, plumbing & sanitary services, Aircon servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers, and electrical control
Handling works at Grade A Commercial Buildings

Requirements:

Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical or related field
Candidates with 2 years or more related experience in Facilities Management will be an added advantage
Familiar with Electrical, ACMV, Fire protection
