Admin cum Inside Sales Co-ordinator

Job Description

Responsibilities:

· Support (Outdoor) Sales on sales activities and assisting order management

· Determine customer requirements and recommend specific products and solutions

· Cost estimation and Preparation of quotations

· Proactive calling to follow up with clients and quotations’ status

· Communicate with suppliers on specifications, manage costing and lead time of orders

· Any additional work or responsibilities assigned by manager

Qualifications and Skills:

· Higher Nitec / Diploma in Engineering Discipline will be an advantage

· Interest in Instrumentation will be an advantage

· Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

· Skilled with Microsoft Office including Excel & Words will be an advantage

· Self-motivated, goal-oriented and an excellent team player

· Able to prioritizes and multitasking

· Experience in engineering sales / project management will be an advantage

· Entry level candidates are welcome to apply

· Training will be provided.
