Analyzer Technician / 5 days/ Jurong Island - Japanese Company

Duties &Responsibilities

• Calibrate and maintainpneumatic, chemical, electrical, and electronic processcontrols and measurement instrumentation to approved procedures.
• Understanding, evaluating, and executing the tests and procedures properlyand investigating the Maintaining and setting up documentation and control procedures
• Safely and efficiently execute daily tasks related to calibration and instrumentation activities.
• Maintain equipment and supplies.
• Developing and improving maintenance procedures
• Installing, maintaining, repairing, overhauling, calibrating and testing a wide varietyof industrial instrumentation such as gas chromatograph, O2 analysers and conductivity meter etc
• Executing preventative maintenance inspections on all instrumentation equipment
• Interpret, evaluate, and document calibration test results.
• Performing service tasks like in-houserepair and on-sitecommissioning for variousgas and water quality analyser.
• Troubleshooting analyser & advising customers on the best solutions in accordance with standard procedures and safety guidelines of Yokogawa
• Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers and provide good services support.
• Liaise and work with customersto address any service concernsand provide solutionon the technical problems.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering discipline or above
• At least 2 years in process industryin the field of Instrumentation & Control
• Team player with good interpersonal & communication skills

Entitled to AWS and PB (2nd year onwards)
