Assistant BIM Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop, construct, document, and employ production techniques for models.
• Prepare and update Revit Models, including Coordination Drawings.
• Generate 2D & 3D shop drawings and as-built documents.
• Create Revit families with project-specific parameters.
• Maintain and update BIM models according to contract drawings and the latest information.
• Ensure the integrity and quality of models and drawings.
• Identify discrepancies during the design stage and communicate them to Engineers.
• Assist with drawing documentation for projects and other departments.
• Participate in System Design and Configuration when opportunities arise.

Prerequisites:

• Possess a Specialist Diploma in BIM or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit & Microstation for both 2D & 3D drafting.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working as an architectural draftsperson.
