Responsibilities
• Provide marine systems technical expertise and troubleshooting • Attend vessel new construction facilities and shipyard drydocking • Be SME for Marine Electrical Systems • Lead contractors or technical team to execute repairs • Share knowledge and implement lifecycle management • Improve team effectiveness through communication and cooperation • Coordinate electrical technical field activities • Perform New Construction guidance on Electrical Systems • Familiar with Computerize Maintenance Management Systems • Support Digitization Technology Evolution Efforts
Requirements
• Engineering Degree or Equivalent Trade Training & Experience • Familiar with Electrical & Maritime Standards and Regulation • 10+ years of experience in Technical Electrical Field - Marine Industry preferred • Experience in LNG carrier and diesel electric propulsion systems preferred • Previous experience working as a field project team leader preferred • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills • Exceptional teamwork and customer focus • Ability to work independently or with diverse teams • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks
