Job Description

• Position Title: Automation Design Engineer (Based at Bintan)
• Working Location: Bintan
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri (8 am – 5 pm)
• Salary: Basic up to $4500 + Overseas Allowance + Variable Bonus (Expat Package)
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative automated machines to meet specific manufacturing requirements.
• Plan and execute automation and equipment systems design to optimize machine efficiency and reliability.
• Explore and implement strategies to enhance machine performance, particularly in cycle time and production output.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
• Preferably more than 2 years of experience in machine design and development within the Electronics industry.
• Experience in managing turn-key projects.
• Excellent working knowledge in Solidworks application.
• Demonstrated creativity in machine design.
• Strong team player who is self-driven and results-oriented.
• Willing to be posted to Bintan, Indonesia.
