BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager in joining our company to develop The successful candidate will be a key player in driving Solar PV Power growth for our business.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Data and information collection for potential markets, perform research and feasibility study
• Plan and develop suitable business strategy to meet the growth of the company
• Identify and generate new business opportunities, building relationships, and closing sales deals
• Support sales process, provide useful product knowledge to the team
• Prepare and present business case and investment recommendation analysis
• Identify potential risks and resolve conflicts and issues
• Involve in contracts negotiation, support and provide timely and accurate information for decision

Report and escalate issues to Management team in a timely manner

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or related field
• Ideally 6~8 years (minimum 5 years) of relevant experiences
• Good knowledge and experience in new energy sector, Solar PV Power and PPA contracts
• An independently motivated, resourceful and a good problem solver
• Able to manage/support multiple projects at different stages
• A hands-on person, able to work in an entrepreneurial environment
• Excellent presentation skills in front of all levels of management/customer/supplier
• Experience in Project/Product Management role would be an advantage
• Fluent in English for professional business communication.
• Willingness to travel when necessary

• Salary Range (SGD): $4,500 - 8,000
