Business Development Manager - South Asia and China Markets

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the South Asia and China markets, with a proven track record of driving business growth and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence in these regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth in the South Asia and China markets.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential clients, partners, and market segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry partners, and government agencies.
• Conduct market research and analysis to understand market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
• Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a focus on the South Asia and China markets.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and establishing successful partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the IC design industry and the HPC and automotive markets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to South Asia and China as needed.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in a business development role within the IC design or high-tech industry.
• Familiarity with market trends and regulatory environments in South Asia and China.
• Experience working with multinational corporations and government agencies in these regions.
