We are looking for a Director of Engineering to join our team!

As a Director of Engineering, you will be required to:

• General administration of the Engineering Department, including other proper maintenance and repair of all building, fixtures, fittings and equipment as well as technical improvement, preventive maintenance and utilities consumption control
• Lead and manage the engineering department, including recruiting, training, and supervising staff.
• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs to ensure the smooth operation of all hotel systems and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to support their operational needs and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage capital projects, renovations, and upgrades, from planning through execution.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Monitor energy usage and implement measures to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Drives the environmental culture in the Hotel and guide the Department Heads in their initiatives
• Maintain accurate records, budgets, and reports related to engineering activities. Responsible for all the functions of Fire, Life, Safety Manager and ensuring that all requirements and standards comply.
