Responsibilities:

• Lead Safety Case initiatives in compliance with MHI Regulations, ensuring plant process safety updates and managing Major Hazard Installations (MHI) Safety Case.
• Manage ESH budget and expenditures, including approving purchases of consumables and equipment, to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Ensure legal, regulatory, and stakeholder compliance through activities such as managing the legal register, arranging annual assessments, and leading risk assessment programs for process-related modifications.
• Develop, review, and update ESH-related procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes and enhance safety measures.
• Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding ESH matters, including liaising with authorities for licensing regime modifications and conducting incident investigations and non-conformance reporting.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of ESH-related working experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Possession of basic knowledge or prior working experience with ISO 45000, SS651 & 14000.
• Obtained Level C WSH competency certification, WAH Assessor certification, and Biz Safe Level 2 Certification.
• Experience with vendor management and liaising with government authorities.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments, EAI assessments, and lead accident investigations according to the ACTA framework.
• Certification as a confined space assessor is a plus
