Executive (Sustainability)

Job Description:

• Collaborate with various stakeholders (i.e. regional sustainability coordinator, site sustainability coordinator, corporate functions, etc) to review and update sustainability roadmap, KPIs, projects, and activities to drive sustainability goals in UTAC Group.
• Coordinate and manage the gathering, consolidation and checking of data and information from all sites for the Annual Group Sustainability Report
• Plan and coordinate Quarterly Global Sustainability Review to calibrate the sustainability roadmap including approach, programs, policies, initiatives, and identify the areas that need improvement or priorities investment that aligned to Group Targets
• Work with Sustainability Consultants and various stakeholders (i.e. regional sustainability coordinator, site sustainability coordinator, corporate functions, task force, etc) to advance the decarbonisation journey of UTAC Group
• Verification of data and information from all sites and support analysis of Group and Site Sustainability Performance, product mix, and challenges
• Support continuous improvement plan for Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emission measurement and tracking
• Support continuous improvement plan on emission accounting for customers specific products/processes
• Work with various stakeholders to review, create or incorporated sustainability functions in procedures/specification in Global Documentation Management System
• Work with corporate communications with respect to sustainability effort
• Be aware of industry trends, changes and legislations revolving around the sustainability

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Environment, Sustainability or Business Management
• Fresh graduate with a deep interest in sustainability are welcome
• Passion to create a more sustainable world
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Excellent organisational skills, ability to own projects and work independently
• Self-starter and able to multitask
