Job Description - Facility Officer

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct periodic inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedules
Supervise contractors to ensure work are carried out in accordance
Capable in troubleshooting of any electrical and mechanical system
Attend to enquiries, complaints of breakdown, service request rebiting to building services
Coordinate and assist the facility supervisor in the daily operation of the Mechanical & Electrical services

Job Requirements:

Minimum NITEC in Engineering (Mechanical & Electrical/ Building Services/ Facility Management or equivalent)
At least one year of experience in building maintenance and facilities
Good knowledge in building, mechanical and electrical systems
Able to work as a team as well as work independently
Able to work on a 5.5 days per week (half day Saturday)
