Field Service Engineer - YK

As a trusted partner of major players in the Renewable Energy industry, our client is an established MNC known for its commitment to sustainable solutions and cutting-edge technology. We are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer of after sales market to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of shaping the future of clean energy.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support in-field and in-house.
• Assist in product design from inception to commissioning.
• Supervise quality control plans and workshop maintenance.
• Liaise with customers, analyze non-conformity reports, and propose solutions.
• Conduct Corrective Actions (CA) and Preventive Actions (PA) to enhance service quality and prevent recurrence of issues.
• Travel within Asia Pacific, India Middle- Eastern countries to support sales, and improve department processes.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 - 3 year of experience in field service, automations or wind energy industry.
• Able to commit standby and travel if required.
• Travelling to APAC & Mid East countries required – Khazastan, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia , Thailand, Australia, Japan, Korea for min 2 weeks - 8 weeks in 1 trip. ( 75 % Travel)
• Able to do Stand- by duty and immobilize anytime.

Remuneration :

☑ $3500 - $5000 + Variable Bonus !!

☑ 5 Days, Mon – Fri 8:30am- 5:30pm

☑ Location : Central

☑ Able to do Stand- by duty
