Responsibilities:
- Provide technical after-sales support to both external and internal customers as required by the company.
- Perform on-site tasks such as supervising machinery installation and commissioning, conducting customer training, and handling after-sales service activities including maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrading projects for existing production lines.
- Respond to on-call and emergency support cases either remotely or by visiting customer sites.
- Assist the sales teams with technical matters..
- Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) as needed.
- Contribute to product and service product development.
- Support spare part and maintenance sales, as well as coordinate service work planning and scheduling.
- Maintain active communication with customers.
- Adhere to safety rules and practices set by the company and customer site rules.
- Perform any other assigned duties.
Requirements:
- Hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical and/or Mechatronic Engineering.
- Have hands-on experience in installing and troubleshooting industrial machineryKnowledge of PLC and PC-based control systems such as Siemens, Allen Bradley, Beckhoff, Omron, etc., is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CAD, or similar applications.
- Strong interpersonal qualities including leadership, teamwork, integrity, and respect.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Possess strong organizational skills and pay close attention to detail.
- Demonstrate customer-oriented, sales-driven, proactive, and independent work qualities.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment, handle pressure, and prioritize workload.
- Ability to manage own work and teams at customer sites.
- Interest in expanding skills base through cross-training in other applications.
- Willingness to travel to mills in the region and globally as required.
