Field Technician

Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer sites to perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and calibrating equipment.
• Verify remote stations are performing according to specification.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Assist in the assembly of hardwares.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in swimming and comfort working in and around water bodies, canals, ponds, lakes, reservoirs, tidal gates etc.
• NITEC or diploma
• Prior experience in a field technician or similar role is advantageous.
• Strong mechanical and/or electronic aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid Class 3(A) driving license and clean driving record.
