IT Service Centre Executive (East)

Responsibilities:

 Assist in handling both inbound and outbound calls for the IT Helpdesk

 Perform 1st level diagnostics with user on phone to determine fault

 Ensure a high quality of customer service provided to customers

 Ensure a proper closure of all calls

 Perform investigation on feedback received

 Check on service contract and warranty status of faulty serial

 Manage spare parts rotation and assigning parts to on-site engineers

 Order & track parts from vendors and suppliers

 Prepare quotations and follow-up with clients on acceptance

 Resolve complaints/feedback and escalate to various levels and functional groups

 Check warranty status & manage ordering of replacement parts

 Provide general administrative support where applicable

 Perform in-house repairs and testing of equipment

Requirements:

 Min GCE 'N' Levels and above

 Must have basic PC, notebook & Windows OS troubleshooting skills

 Able to communicate in a clear manner

 Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

 Able to handle calls with professionalism and patience

 Experience working in an IT Service Centre will be an added advantage
