Responsibilities:
Assist in handling both inbound and outbound calls for the IT Helpdesk
Perform 1st level diagnostics with user on phone to determine fault
Ensure a high quality of customer service provided to customers
Ensure a proper closure of all calls
Perform investigation on feedback received
Check on service contract and warranty status of faulty serial
Manage spare parts rotation and assigning parts to on-site engineers
Order & track parts from vendors and suppliers
Prepare quotations and follow-up with clients on acceptance
Resolve complaints/feedback and escalate to various levels and functional groups
Check warranty status & manage ordering of replacement parts
Provide general administrative support where applicable
Perform in-house repairs and testing of equipment
Requirements:
Min GCE 'N' Levels and above
Must have basic PC, notebook & Windows OS troubleshooting skills
Able to communicate in a clear manner
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Able to handle calls with professionalism and patience
Experience working in an IT Service Centre will be an added advantage
