IT Support Engineer (Client Engineer / Level 1 & 2 / 5 Days)

• Working Days: Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm)

Job Scope

• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and systems management tools
• Correspondence with customers (including overseas) request
• Ability to troubleshoot on-site and online
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
• Maintaining customer infrastructure & networks
• Able to articulate issues and solutions to customers

Requirement

• Nitec or Diploma in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent
• 2 - 4 years of relevant working experience
• Possess Knowledge of Cloud applications (Office 365, Azure), firewall, Active Directory, backup solutions will be a plus
