• Basic Salary: $3000 to $5000 + AWS
• 5 Working days - 8.00am to 4:45pm

Your Responsibilities: -

• Improve communication with Japanese vendors for design reviews, project management, vendor oversight, engineering standards, and support for spare parts and maintenance.
• Facilitate communication between the client and vendors, coordinating equipment meetings, preparing materials, and negotiating new equipment/parts purchases from Japanese vendors.
• Audit Japanese vendors, arrange schedules, and facilitate information exchange between vendors and the client.
• Schedule and lead design review meetings, prepare materials, and create documents for approval.
• Communicate with vendors, control project budgets, ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence. Collaborate for equipment handover checklists.
• Qualify new vendors, conduct audits for existing ones, and compare for quality and cost control.
• Translate UMTES into English, create USPES based on requirements, and share with relevant sections. Provide training.
• Propose equipment and process modifications for improvement. Coordinate with vendors and assess modification results.
• Support spare parts management and maintenance by coordinating purchases, helping resolve equipment problems, and providing training for troubleshooting.

• 日本のベンダーを対象に監査を実施し、スケジュールの調整、ベンダーとクライアント間の情報交換をサポートします。
• デザインレビュー会議のスケジュール調整、資料の準備、および承認のための文書の作成を担当します。
• ベンダーとのコミュニケーションを行い、プロジェクト予算の管理、品質、安全性、スケジュールの順守を確認します。
• 機器引き渡しのチェックリストの作成に協力します。
• 新しいベンダーを認定し、既存のベンダーに対する監査を実施し、品質とコストの管理を比較します。
• UMTESを英語に翻訳し、要件に基づいてUSPESを作成し、関連セクションと共有します。トレーニングを提供します。改善のための機器およびプロセスの修正を提案し、ベンダーと調整し、修正結果を評価します。
• 予備部品の管理とメンテナンスをサポートし、購入の調整、機器の問題の解決、トラブルシューティングのトレーニングを提供します。

You will need: -

• Experience studying or working in Japan, demonstrating a solid understanding of Japanese working culture.
• Fluency in Japanese is necessary for communicating with our vendors in Japan.
• Diploma/Degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent
• 2-5 years of relevant working experience
