Maintenance excellence

ØDevelopment of maintenance strategies and creation of PM plans for systems (GXP, NGXP) assessed for OEM, SMR, FMEA.

ØEstablishment of annual maintenance contracts with OEMs, subcontractors.

ØDrive the draft, review & approval of maintenance SOP, job aids, work instructions & maintenance forms.

ØDevelop maintenance work activities list and coordinate with HSE for RA deliverables.

ØIdentification of LOTO points for maintenance.

ØData collection from equipment package leads on spare parts list, maintenance manuals, BOM list etc.

ØSupport the building of master component list (equipment, valves, instruments etc) at site level and subsequent migration to CMMS (ISHIFT) using master data like equipment tag, manufacturer, model, serial number etc.

ØPlanning & scheduling of maintenance work during annual shutdown.

ØSetting up and training on the usage of maintenance tools (vibration meter, boroscope, tool carts, XRF analyser etc)

Spare parts management

ØDevelopment of spare parts management strategies and work with vendors, subcontractors, procurement for vendor creation and spare parts purchase.

ØDevelopment of reorder points, reorder quantities (ROP/ROQ) and SLED for spare parts inventory.

ØManage incoming spare parts, perform periodic stock review of spares inventory and update master spares inventory list on SAP.

ØManagement of carousel units (lean lift and rotomats) for spare parts movement (FIFO)

CMMS

ØDevelop and fill in master templates for ISHIFT data collection of spare parts, functional locations, equipment data etc after GO-LIVE.

ØDevelop job aids and work instructions for ISHIFT CMMS usage on critical processes (notifications management, work order issuance/management/closure etc)

ØDrive preventive, corrective, breakdown maintenance of systems/equipment on ISHIFT CMMS (E.g. notifications review, work order review, issuance, approval) during commissioning, qualification and operations
