Responsibilities
• Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and product quality. • Develop and implement process enhancements to optimize production workflows. • Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for further enhancement. • Work closely with the quality assurance team to develop and implement measures to maintain and improve product quality. • Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues. • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines. • Provide training and support to production personnel on new processes and equipment. • Collaborate with maintenance teams to develop preventive maintenance schedules for manufacturing equipment.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. • At least 5 years experience in manufacturing engineering with a focus on equipment and processes. • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation, and equipment design. • Experience in SAP for mainenance systems and AutoCad for Drafting & design. • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
