about the job

• Develop new MBRs, using existing MBR templates, in support of Technology Transfers
• Maintain currency of MBRs for existing customers
• Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards/ requirements of the users
• Write and edit technical information/ instructions in a manner to ensure content is factual and accurate
• Translates engineering data into procedures and instructions
• Drive and manage manufacturing Change Request from its initiation till its closure
• Creates and manipulates electronic files for on-line documentation publishing
• Disseminates documents for technical review
• Coordinates the printing, electronic publications, and distribution of technical documentation

skills & experience required

• Bachelor Degree in Chemical / Biochemicalor Science (Biochemistry/ Chemistry/ Microbiology) or equivalent
• Min 4 years of experience in technical writing / publishing
• Experience utilizing a structured phase gate product development process
• Hands on in JDE or Agile will be a plus
• Working knowledge in complex machine BOM (Bill of Material) structure, engineering change process and workflow (spare parts manual)
• Proficiency in technical writing tools: Adobe Framemaker, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate
• Able to commence immediately or within short period
• Willing to work in west area of Singapore (Tuas / BoonLay / Pioneer)
