*MNC Regional* Sales Manager (Energy/ Power Generation, Data Center) #HCG

Responsibilities

• To achieve sales targets in the Power Generation business unit for the data center industry in APAC
• Lead and prepare quotations for emergency backup solutions.
• Execute defined growth measures, country strategies, key deals, and life cycle analyses specifically aimed at growing market share in the data center industry.
• Support network management, sales engineering, order management, controlling, and R&D by providing necessary information.
• Prepare market strategic decisions to grow business in associated countries with internal and external partners.
• Provide specifications and requirements to the application team for engineering matters; utilize computerized engineering tools, databases, and technical library information for sales work.
• Follow up on orders with customers and internal departments, suppliers, and contractors

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the data center industry or emergency power generation business.
• Strong sales track record from lead to quote to order to completed project & installations.
• Knowledge in Data Center infrastructure market (ASEAN Countries) & technicalities.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills, and team management.
