Office Maintenance cum Driver

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
• Performing preventative maintenance, basic repair and maintain of painting, drywall, simple electrical, machine, equipment, plumbing, carpentry work etc.
• Diagnose, troubleshooting and repairing of in-house machinery
• Oversee contractors when professional repairs are necessary
• Providing safe and courteous chauffeur service to the boss and family and management staff
• Ensure the car is well maintained and clean at all time
• Monitor daily and weekly trip inspection and preventative maintenance programs, as well as maintain records regarding the maintenance of company’s vehicle
• Carry out routine inspection on the vehicle to ensure that it is always in good condition
• Perform other duties as needed and/or assigned by company

Requirement:

• Related certifications/studies in Mechanical/Electrical/Building/Facilities/Maintenance will be advantage
• Proven maintenance experience and skilled in the use of hand and power tools
• Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts
• Ability to check blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary
• Able to communicate with Hong Kong headquarter in Chinese
• Professional presentation and attitude
• A valid Singapore driving license with good driving record
• Similar prior working experience and familiar with Singapore routes and safety regulations
• Watchful and safety conscious as well as reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance patterns
• The ability to work a flexible schedule (according to management's request/scheduling)
