Principal Mechanical Engineer (Product Design Lead / Equipment / North)

Job Scope

• Oversee and perform a full lifecycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture and implement).
• Run simulations and analyse test data.
• Analysing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them.
• Designing, manufacturing, and installing components that fulfil requirements.
• Conducting experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate product designs.
• Creating plans and designs using CAD technology.
• Evaluates final product’s overall performance, reliability and safety.
• Estimating budgets and time scopes for each project.
• Write clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
• Ensuring that products meet compliance regulations.
• Liaison with vendors on finalization of modules.

Requirement

• Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering and above
• 6 - 10 years of relevant experiences in mechanical engineering field
• Possess solid experience in CAD, CAM, and MATLAB / LabView programs
