Assisting in managing procurement activities for supplies and services related to the commodity
Assisting in conducting competitive sourcing process, initiation of request, negotiation of commercial terms, preparation of analysis, and recommendation of award
Assisting in negotiating with vendors to ensure best value buys and transparent purchasing processes are executed
Assisting in managing, engaging closely with both internal and external stakeholders regarding their various needs and requirement
Ensure compliance to corporate policies and internal guidelines
Any other duties or tasks assigned
Job Requirements
Min Diploma/Degree in any field
Minimum 2-4 years of work experience in hospitality, F&B, procurement, or a similar role
Possess time, task, and resource management skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
Good analytical, negotiation, problem solving, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
