Job Responsibilities

• Assisting in managing procurement activities for supplies and services related to the commodity
• Assisting in conducting competitive sourcing process, initiation of request, negotiation of commercial terms, preparation of analysis, and recommendation of award
• Assisting in negotiating with vendors to ensure best value buys and transparent purchasing processes are executed
• Assisting in managing, engaging closely with both internal and external stakeholders regarding their various needs and requirement
• Ensure compliance to corporate policies and internal guidelines
• Any other duties or tasks assigned

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma/Degree in any field
• Minimum 2-4 years of work experience in hospitality, F&B, procurement, or a similar role
• Possess time, task, and resource management skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
• Good analytical, negotiation, problem solving, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual
