Procurement Executive

Job Summary: Play a key role in supporting our Procurement Management team by managing daily operational tasks, overseeing the procurement cycle, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Administer full procurement cycle: RFQ to purchase order placement.
• Consolidate RFQ responses for management review.
• Create necessary documentation using D365.
• Coordinate with suppliers for vessel ETA and inspections.
• Review Charter-Party Bill of Lading details.
• Provide regular shipment status reports.
• Handle COO applications and CCIC surveys for Indonesian imports.
• Assist in LC tenor applications and amendments.
• Reconcile invoices against purchase orders.
• Collaborate with Finance for invoice validation.
• Support payment processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Requirement

• Min 4 years of experience in procurement, contract administration, and logistics.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably D365.
• Understanding of international trade regulations and shipping documentation.
