Responsibilities
• Work closely with Manufacturing Manager, Shop Lead, and stakeholders • Ensure production plans are achievable and materials are available • Monitor production progress and make adjustments • Maintain production schedule and manufacture products on time • Monitor inventory levels and forecast future production needs • Coordinate with other departments to resolve production issues • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs • Generate reports on production progress and performance • Maintain accurate records of all production activities • Assist in development and implementation of new product launch plans
Requirements
• Degree in Engineering or related discipline • Minimum 5 years in the Oil & Gas Industry • Experience in all aspects of manufacturing machine shop, fabrication, welding, and cladding
Key Skills Needed
• Knowledge of production control and inventory control • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, word processing, spreadsheets, and project management • Knowledge of forecasting methods and inventory optimization techniques
