Project Coordinator (AutoCAD/Mechanical Service/West)

Responsibilities:

• Attend to questions from clients.
• Help in the creation of a sales proposal.
• Organise customer after-sale support.
• Complete order processing promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate and manage delivery plans with customers.
• Help with the creation of event and conference promotional materials.
• Organise information, equipment, resources, and project operations.
• Track the development of the project and assist with resolving any problems.
• Create and manage thorough project plans, reports, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Min Nitec in Engineering or it's equivalent
• At least one year working experience in the same capacity.
• A strong focus on providing excellent customer service and outstanding written, oral, and electronic communication abilities.
• Prior knowledge in AutoCAD is advantageous.
